Minimum order …$30
All orders under $150 must be paid at the time the order is placed.
All files received over the internet must be in JPG, TIFF or EPS format.
All proofs that are approved for print must be received by 3:00pm.  All proofs received after 3:00 pm will be considered received on the next business day.


Shipping and Handling charges may be applied to custom orders.
For site visits and/or deliveries, a $25 service charge may apply.
Standard turn-around time is 7 days.  An additional fee may be applied to all “Rush” orders.
All quotes are good for 30-days.
All cancellations must be received no less than ____ business day(s) after placing the order.
A $25 service fee will be applied to all NSF checks.
We accept all major credit cards
For all credit card payments NOT done in person, a credit card authorization form must be completed and received.  Certain forms of identification may be required.


No refunds will be given.  A store credit will be issued.
No custom orders may be returned for credit or refund.
Prior to the start of any job, a 50% deposit may be required.
All jobs require design approval prior to the start.
We are not responsible for any errors or mistakes discovered after the customer’s approval.
Standard turn-around time will apply once we receive approval of the artwork.
All designs sent to customer for approval will be allowed no more than two changes for the price quoted.  For all changes in excess of two, a $45 per hour charge may be assessed.


Charges may be applied to all samples.
A charge of 2% per month, 24% per annum will be added monthly to unpaid balances.
Collection costs and/or reasonable attorney fees will be due in the event any collection process becomes necessary
Prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice
Registered logos or trademarks require appropriate proof of legal use rights
We are not obligated to keep or store your logos or artwork on file.  A hard copy may be requested for future use.  Charges may apply.
All specific color requests must be approved in person.  Additional charges may apply.
No color-matching can be guaranteed on any offset printing requests.
All additional fees and/or service charges applied will be at the sole discretion of Signs at Weston
